About this wine
Thierry Constantin's Amigne de Vétroz is the kind of white you pour when you want to impress without reaching for red. This 2025 vintage comes from Valais, where the amigne grape finds its true home, and it shows a generous, almost fat texture that still finishes bone dry.
In the glass, you'll find layers of ripe mandarin peel, a silky texture that coats the palate, and a complexity that keeps unfolding glass after glass. It's rich but never heavy, with a dryness that keeps everything in check.
Pour it alongside scallops, roasted chicken or goat cheese, all three work beautifully with this wine. Serve it lightly chilled, around 10 to 12 degrees, so the texture stays lively.
